Maica Client Care offers a set of validations for Appointments and Timesheets as shown in the screenshot below.
Enforce Availability for Appointments
This setting switches on (or off) the capability to enforce resource availability when creating or managing Appointments. This means that, if the selected resources don't have an availbility record for the time of the Appointment, Maica Client Care will prevent the Appointment from being created.
Enforce Availability for Timesheets
This setting switches on (or off) the capability to enforce resource availability when creating or managing Timesheets. This means that, if the selected resources don't have an availbility record for the time of the Timesheet, Maica Client Care will prevent the Timesheet from being created.
