Learn about internal emails sent as part of the Maica package
As part of the Maica installation, we’ve created standard email templates to notify an internal user when key events happen.
If you'd prefer to use your own email templates for these notifications, you can learn more about Salesforce Email Templates here.
The following email notifications have been set up as part of the Maica installation.

Maica Plan Change Dates Notification | An internal email sent when the End Date of a Plan is updated |
Maica Service Booking End Date Approaching Notification | An internal email sent when the End Date of a Service Booking is approaching |
Maica Service Booking Utilisation Notification | An internal email sent when the Utilisation % of a Service Booking is approaching the level set in Client Management Settings |
Maica PRODA Device Expiry Reminder | An internal email sent when the PRODA Device expiry is approaching |
