Create Renewal Opportunities for Service Agreements approaching the End Date
Most Agreements have a term, or period they are valid for, and Maica is no different in regards to Service Agreement
records.
In Maica, the Service Agreement
period is generally aligned with the Plan
period.
With the Agreement End Date
approaching, you can enable Maica to auto-generate Opportunity
records to ensure you commence Renewal discussions with your clients in advance of the Agreement expiring.
The following configurations are available when determining how the Service Agreement Opportunities
should be generated.
To enable auto-renewal, simply toggle the Enable
switch at the top
